Summer Cove INC

  Summer Cove, INC is the Master Association that oversees the common elements of the communities of Summer Cove I and Summer Cove II.  These elements include the pool and hot tub, the tennis courts, the front gate and roads leading to each development, the storage lot and garbage receptacles, the lift station as well as many other items along the way.  If you observe any of these areas in need of attention, we welcome your observations and input. 

 Currently, the Board and the Delegates (3 from each development), are considering the installation of three security cameras, one at the gate, one at the pool, and one for the storage lot.  Each of these areas has seen improper use and has endured non-community guests who have invited themselves to our property.  This costs the homeowners unnecessary expenses and additional work for our volunteers.  Too, we have already discussed keeping the Hot Tub open year-round.  We are looking into the expense and value of that at this time.  We would welcome your input and would like to thank you in advance for helping us with your observations.  You may use the "Contact the Board" tab under the "Members" to provide your input. 

 If you are not a registered member, please fill out the registration form and your membership activation will allow you access to the members-only portion of this site.  You must be a homeowner to be approved for registration.  If you are renting your home here in Summer Cove, please use the public "Contact Us" tab.  Or you can reach out to the Delegates of your community and provide them with your thoughts and constructive ideas.  We all need to participate in the upkeep and improvements of our community.  Please keep in mind these neighbors are volunteering and your kind words and assistance are always welcome!
