About Summer Cove

Summer Cove is more than a community, it is a community that offers its amenities behind entry gates, surrounded by trees.  As a Home Owners Association, it is more clearly defined and run by three separate HOAs.  The first would be Summer Cove Inc.  This entity governs and maintains the elements of the community that are shared among all homeowners of all associations.  The other two associations are Summer Cove I, an association consisting of 52 condominiums, situated in 13 buildings, the third entity is Summer Cove II, consisting of 15 single-family homes.  Each entity has its own HOA with its own Board of Directors, Declarations, By-Laws, Rules, and Regulations.  The documents for each HOA may be obtained on the public "Documents" page of this website.
