Located on the Preston Peninsula of Lake Texoma, Summer Cove is a gated community quietly situated on 22 acres of private property. Once inside, you'll find 52 condominium units in 13 separate buildings and 15 single-family homes. In addition, a community pool awaits its association members offering a more private alternative to the shores of the nearby lake.

We enjoy private views of Lake Texoma and its various types of wildlife. Sunrise and sunset bring about a display of songbirds, deer, wild turkey, and many other animals one would expect to see at the lake's side.

** Note to Current and Prospective Owners **

Summer Cove is an HOA-managed community, governed by the community's Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. (A complete summary of Summer Cove's CCRs are available in the public section of this site for review)

Several of the most important Rules and Regulations for both Current and Prospective Condominium Owners (ONLY) are:

Rentals: No short-term rentals allowed. All rental terms must exceed One Year in length. There is a rental cap of 10% of units. We are one rental from the cap.

Pets: A limit of two dogs is permitted. All dogs must be registered with the HOA. No pets over 20 lbs are permitted without a waiver. Breed Restrictions Apply.

Alterations: Any alterations or additions to the exterior of any Condominium building (Roofs, Exterior Walls, Decks, Patios, Gardens, etc.) require prior approval.
